United World law firm is looking to hire a Senior Associate in New Delhi.

Positions: 1 (One)

PQE: At least 5 years

Qualification: Fully qualified advocate

Location: New Delhi

Job Description and Requirements

• The Senior Associate will be responsible for handling trademark and copyright litigation, prosecution, enforcement and client consultations.

• Day-to-day tasks will include drafting lawsuits and other legal documents, routinely appearing before the Delhi High Court and other district courts in IP matters and attending hearings at the TMO.

• Advocate with post-qualification experience of at least 5 years in the practise of trademark and copyright laws.

• Candidate must be competent in drafting IP-related lawsuits and other legal documents.

• In addition, the applicant must have prior work experience as Associate or Senior Associate at leading IP firms.

Remuneration: ₹90,000 - ₹1,10,000 (depending on knowledge and experience).
