But now looking at the current situation and foreseeing the next four-five years, it has been observed that we need to bring in technology services to make it more sellable. We will be coming out with lot of technology based products and blend those products with legal services and that’s the reason we rebranded to Legatech. We want to transform legal services with technology”..Manthan Legal has been providing legal services since 2003 and has offices in Los Angeles, United States and Vancouver, Canada. Legatech provides Medico – Legal, Document Review, First Draft, Administrative, Intellectual Property and Contract Management services among others. It employs 300 professionals and has over 90 clients spread across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, according to the press release..Gururaj Potnis, Chief Executive Officer, Legatech in a statement said, “The idea is to position ourselves as a LPO solutions company, with a gamut of products & services.
