Caste discrimination in prisons: Supreme Court seeks response from Central government, States

Apart from the Central government, the governments of Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Punjab, Odisha, Jharkhand, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Maharashtra have been asked to respond.
