Supreme Court seeks response from Centre in plea against "primitive, 18th century practice" of affixing posters outside COVID-19 patients' homes

The plea also challenges the practice of forwarding of names of COVID-19 patients by state health departments to Resident Welfare Associations (RWA) as being unlawful.
