Aditi Gandhi joins Novartis as Head Legal Gulf

Aditi Gandhi has joined Novartis as Head Legal in the Gulf region.

Gandhi is an alumna of Mumbai University.

She has over 8 years of experience, with over 5 of those years being in the MENA region. She specialises in Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Employment Agreements and Commercial Agreements, which includes drafting and negotiating various Commercial Agreements, including long-term supply and procurement contracts, licensing agreements, executive service contracts.

Gandhi was associated with Novartis as a Senior Legal Counsel on secondment from Pinsent Masons Vario for the past year before permanently joining Novartis.
