AZB & Partners crowned Champions for third consecutive year at 3rd SILF Turf Law Firm Olympics

The 3rd edition of the SILF Turf Law Firm Olympics concluded on a grand note with AZB & Partners once again emerging as the overall champions, marking their third consecutive title victory at the prestigious inter-law firm sporting event.

AZB & Partners delivered a dominant performance across sporting disciplines, finishing with 10 Gold, 10 Silver and 7 Bronze medals, comfortably securing the top position on the medal tally.

Making an impressive debut, JSA Advocates & Solicitors finished second overall with 8 Gold, 4 Silver and 3 Bronze medals, while Khaitan & Co secured third place with 4 Gold, 4 Silver and 8 Bronze medals.

The event was organised under the aegis of the Society of Indian Law Firms by Sachin Khurana of Turf Sport Management, and was hosted at the iconic Modern School, Barakhamba Road on 28 February and 1 March 2026.

The closing ceremony saw the main trophies being presented by Dr. Lalit Bhasin, President of the Society of Indian Law Firms, who congratulated the participating firms and appreciated the growing spirit of sporting camaraderie within the legal fraternity.

The two-day sporting extravaganza was organised on a grand scale, bringing together lawyers from leading law firms across India. The event featured top-of-the-line sporting infrastructure, professionally laid out courts and playing fields, high-quality sports equipment, and a vibrant tournament atmosphere that reflected the scale and professionalism of the competition.

Participants were hosted with comprehensive hospitality arrangements, including three freshly prepared meals per day, continuous availability of mineral water, and electrolyte hydration through Gatorade, ensuring athletes remained energised throughout the intense competition.

The Olympics witnessed participation from seven leading law firms, many of whom flew in players from their offices across India to represent their firms, highlighting the growing prestige and competitive spirit associated with the event.

Notably, the contingent of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co had to withdraw on the second day of the tournament following an unfortunate accident involving one of their colleagues.

With the third edition witnessing enthusiastic participation and widespread appreciation from the legal fraternity, organisers expect the 4th edition of the SILF Turf Law Firm Olympics to attract even larger participation and further elevate the scale of the event.
