Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Real Estate Partner Abhilash Pillai has resigned from the firm and is set to join Trilegal.

Pillai is a 2004 graduate of Government Law College, Trivandrum.

Pillai has over two decades of experience advising on complex real estate transactions across India, which include work spanning acquisitions, joint ventures, development, monetisation, title diligence, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on supporting institutional investors, developers, and asset owners.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has seen a few exits recently.

The Firm's Head of International Arbitration Shaneen Parikh resigned, Faraz Alam Sagar joined CMS INDUSLAW, five CAM Partners left to join AZB & Partners and two more moved to Anagram Partners.
