Emerge Legal has elevated Senior Associate Aarushi Mahajan as Head of Litigation Department.

Mahajan is a 2019 graduate of Panjab University. She earned her LLM in Business and Corporate Laws from Symbiosis International University.

She specializes as a Litigation Attorney and her practice extends to Civil, Commercial, Real Estate, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) cases. Mahajan’s expertise encompasses a profound understanding of intricate business dynamics having handled Arbitrations and also Company law matters at various NCLTs.

Prior to her elevation to the position of Head of Litigation Department, Mahajan has been associated with Emerge Legal for over four years.
