G Madhusudhana has joined IndusLaw as a Partner in the firm's Real Estate practice at the Bengaluru office..Madhusudhana has three decades of experience and specialises in aspects of real estate practice that relate to corporate transactions, investments, financing, and dispute resolution.Previously, G Madhusudhana led the Legal Department of RMZ Corp, a real estate developer in Bangalore for over 16 years, principally managing high-value investments and joint ventures with global entities like AIG Global Real Estate and Qatar Investment Authority. He played a pivotal role in compliance, investor relations and corporate governance, apart from holding Directorial positions in multiple SPVs. His extensive experience in real estate includes transaction structuring, commercial leasing and title due diligence. He has also handled complex civil and commercial disputes in the real estate sector before various legal forums, including the High Courts, City Civil Courts, and Tribunals, including Arbitration.Madhusudhana was earlier associated with Dua Associates and J.
