Gaurav Wahie joins JSA as Partner in Corporate Practice

Formerly Partner at Almoayed Chambers, Bahrain, Gaurav Wahie has joined J. Sagar Associates as a Partner in Corporate practice at the firm's Gurugram office.

Wahie is a 2005 graduate of the National Law Institute University, Bhopal.

He earned his LL.M. in International Finance from the University College London in 2006.

Wahie is a dual-qualified lawyer (enrolled as an advocate in India and registered as a non-practicing solicitor in England & Wales) with experience in acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate commercial.

He advises clients across a variety of industries including global MNC, corporates, healthcare and pharma, FMCG on a variety of domestic and cross-border transactions. He has previously worked with Fox Mandal, Talwar Thakore & Associates, DSK Legal, Indian Law Partners and Clasis Law & Associates, India.

Prior to joining JSA, he has worked as a Partner (Head of Corporate & Commercial Consulting Practice) at Almoayed Chambers, Bahrain for over 2 years.

Recently, Anirudh Kapoor joined JSA's Gurugram office from Trilegal.

With his joining, JSA’s partnership expands to 117.
