Global law firm Hogan Lovells and Wall Street's oldest law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft are set to merge, forming an entity of 3,100 lawyers and $3.6 billion in annual revenue.

The combined entity - coined Hogan Lovells Cadwalader - will be led by Hogan Lovells CEO Miguel Zaldivar.

Cadwalader co-managing partners Wesley Misson and Patrick Quinn will become part of the the international management committee.
