L&L Partners' Kanchan Sinha joins Acme Solar Holdings as Vice-President Legal

Former Partner at L&L Partners, Kanchan Sinha has joined Acme Solar Holdings as Vice-President Legal.

Sinha is a 2003 graduate of National Law Institute University, Bhopal. With close to 19 years of experience as a lawyer, Sinha is experienced in general corporate, mergers & acquisition, private equity investments, joint ventures, foreign investment and other commercial law matters.

Prior to joining Acme Solar Holdings, Sinha was with L&L (previously Luthra & Luthra Law Offices) for over eight-and-a-half years, before which she was with the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas for over ten years.

She will be working out of Acme Solar Holding's office in Gurgaon.
