Mallik S Vadlapatla has announced the launch of Corporate & Finance law firm LexSetu Advocates & Associates, having its offices in Hyderabad and Amaravati/Vijayawada.

LexSetu focuses on corporate and financial law with an integrated approach across:

• Direct and indirect tax advisory, litigation, and strategic structuring

• Corporate advisory, structuring, and regulatory compliance

• Representation before Debt Recovery Tribunals (DRT) and Appellate Forums

• SARFAESI Act enforcement, recovery, and restructuring strategies

• Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and economic offence litigation

• SEBI regulations and financial market compliance advisory

• Other allied corporate, commercial, and financial laws

Founding Partner Mallik S Vadlapatla is a Tax Lawyer and Strategic Legal Counsel, known for his deep expertise in Direct & Indirect Taxation, PMLA, Benami Transactions, Black Money Law, and economic offence litigation. 

He is joined by V. Srinivas Rao who will serve as the Managing Partner and T. Suryanarayana who joins as an Executive Partner.

LexSetu plans to expand into Delhi, Chennai, and Bengaluru in the future.
