Naik Naik & Co expands Nariman Point office; Inaugurates New Section to honor Justice Bhimrao Naik

Naik Naik & Co. has expanded its office at Mittal Tower, Nariman Point, and announced the inauguration of a new section that now enables the firm to occupy the entire floor, spread across 12,000+ square feet.

The office opens with a statue of Late Justice Bhimrao Naik, setting a tone of integrity and service from the  very first step. Inside, white and gold hues run through the office – white for transparency, gold for carrying  forward the legacy – creating a calm, contemporary environment that honours the roots.

Quotes and statues of some of the greatest authors of all time, including Shakespeare, Robert Frost and Rabindranath Tagore, appear along corridors and conference rooms, celebrating art, literature, creative intellect and the power of language as a means of expression. Interestingly, the conference rooms are also named after the three authors, honouring the power of language, persuasion, and imagination that great advocacy demands. 

Equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including high-fidelity video conferencing for seamless collaboration with clients and professional colleagues across borders. While one of the Conference rooms promptly displays  the ‘…miles to go before I sleep’ quote by Robert Frost, beautifully bringing out the essence of perseverance in advocacy, the other houses a copy of the Constitution of India in Braille, honouring the spirit of inclusivity.

A wall of monochrome photographs of Mumbai, taken over different periods of time, anchors the office to the  city’s grit and energy. Dedicated to Late Justice Bhimrao Naik, the Legacy wall reflects the firm’s bedrock  principles – scholarship, rigour, and integrity – continued under Founder Ameet B. Naik. The new wing also has  dedicated spaces for the business support team in alignment with the firm’s plan to onboard CXO-level hires. 

To support quiet, focused work, the entire floor features ergonomic desks, noise-proof rooms, and dedicated phone booths, making the office a space that pairs quiet strength with modern utility. Designed by Mint Leaf Designs and JTCPL Architects, the new space embodies the gravitas of a law firm while offering a calmer, more creative, and inviting atmosphere.
