Niruphama Ramakrishnan to head newly launched Capital Markets practice at Chandhiok & Mahajan

Niruphama Ramakrishnan has joined Chandhiok & Mahajan as a Partner to lead the firm's newly established Capital Markets practice. She will be dividing her time between the firm’s New Delhi and Mumbai offices..Ramakrishnan is a 2009 graduate of NALSAR, Hyderabad. She holds an LL.M. from NYU School of Law..Her 13 years of practice has been capital markets transactions, structured products, InvITs and REITs, regulatory, and general corporate. Some of her key recent equity transactions include initial public offering by Elin Electronics Kaynes Technologies, DCX Systems, Archean Chemicals and Latent View Analytics. She was also involved in the rights issue of Data Infrastructure Trust..Prior to joining C&M, Ramakrishnan was associated with JSA, where she has been a partner since 2021.
