P&A Law Offices has promoted 5 Associate Partners Anubhuti Mishra, Arvind Thapliyal, Devna Arora, Evneet Uppal and Supreme Waskar to Partnership at the firm.

The firm has also promoted 5 Associates to Senior Associates, 9 Senior Associates to Principal Associates and 2 Principal Associates to Associate Partners.

Anubhuti Mishra is a 2013 graduate of the Hidayatullah National Law University. She earned her LLM in Competition Law from King's College London in 2017.

With over 8 years of experience, she specializes in competition law and is experienced in antitrust enforcement relating to cartels, vertical restraints, abuse of dominance and merger control.

Arvind Thapliyal is a 2010 graduate of The ICFAI University, Dehradun.

With over 12 years of experience, he specializes in Arbitration, Anti suit injunctions, Forward contract disputes, Negotiable Instruments, etc.

Devna Arora is a 2013 graduate of the National Law University, Delhi.

With over 9 years of experience, she specializes in commercial disputes, international arbitration, mergers and insolvency matters.

Evneet Uppal is a 2007 graduate of the ILS Law College.

With over 15 years of experience, she specializes in litigation and dispute resolution with a primary focus on commercial arbitration.

Supreme Waskar is a 2008 graduate of the Savitribai Phule Pune University.

With over 14 years of experience, he specializes in M&A, PE, VC and Securities Law.

Principal Associates Rajat Moudgil and Ramya Raman have been promoted to the position of Associate Partner.

Senior Associates Anand Sree, Anindita Burman, Nikhil Joy, Nikita Bangera, Pratik Jhaveri, Samridhi Hota, Siddhant Pattanayak, Shivam Pandey and Surya Kapoor have been promoted to the position of Principal Associate.
