Former GlaxoSmithKline lawyer Pankaj Monga rejoins Lall & Sethi as Partner

Lall & Sethi has announced the joining of Pankaj Monga as a Partner effective May 1, 2021.

Monga will lead the firm’s Brand Protection, Trade Mark and Copyright Litigation, Investigations & Enforcement, Brand Risk Management & Strategy practices. He has over 22 years of international experience in legal, brand protection, security, and risk mitigation.

He began his career in IP laws with Lall & Sethi and was most recently working with GlaxoSmithKline, leading its Legal Brand Protection and Anti-Counterfeiting organization in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, he worked with Johnson & Johnson as its Regional Director, Brand Protection, Asia Pacific.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Andhra University and an LL.B. degree from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi.
