She has extensive experience in handling prosecution, overseeing management of large trademark portfolios, oppositions, cancellations, domain name disputes and complex multijurisdictional trademark disputes. In addition, Anand has experience in copyright and design prosecution, IP transactional work, and advising on advertising laws in India.
