We were looking for an ideal home for the practice, clients and our team. Trust was our priority and it certainly helped that most clients who have been with the firm since inception already know Angad and have worked with him. We are sad to let go of the litigation practice, but the best interest of the clients and colleagues was given priority over the temptation to hold on. All clients have expressed confidence in this, natural, progression, and we are looking to offer all co-operation to make the merger work.”.Govind Grewal added, “We are very excited with the development and look forward to convert this opportunity into a platform to ramp up our dynamic practice. There has always been a great connect with TMT Law Practice on account of Angad’s association and we seek to leverage our relationship, both with the firm as also the clients, to continue the quality delivery and assistance that clients have come to expect over the last nearly two decades.”.If you would like your Deals, Columns, Press Releases to be published on Bar & Bench, please fill in the form available here.
