Delhi High Court quashes cheating case but asks parties to donate socks worth ₹48,000 to Delhi police

The Delhi High Court recently quashed a first information report (FIR) related to cheating, forgery and criminal conspiracy and directed the parties involved to purchase uniform socks worth ₹48,000 for the Delhi Police personnel.
