Delhi High Court sets aside arbitration award of over ₹50 crore against CRPF for "patent illegality"

Justice Vibhu Bakhru noted that the order deserved to be set aside considering the fact that there was an inordinate and unexplained delay of nearly 18 months in rendering the same.
