CAM Partner Dhananjay Kumar joins South Square in London

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (CAM) Partner Dhananjay Kumar has been called to the Bar of England & Wales, and will be joining commercial law barrister chambers South Square in London.

At South Square, he will focus on commercial chancery matters including insolvency, company and banking laws while separately continuing to practice Indian law from CAM in its Mumbai office.

Kumar has experience in Indian restructuring and insolvency including both in-court and out-of-court restructurings, cross-border insolvency, distressed debt trading and special situations. He has represented Indian as well as foreign creditors, acquirers and office-holders. His specialities also include project finance and corporate finance matters in oil and gas, telecom, ports and other infrastructure sectors.
