Plea to extend deadline for filing ITR,TAR withdrawn after CBDT grants extension

In light of the extension of the deadline for filing Income Tax Returns (ITR) and Tax Audit Reports (TAR) for Assessment Year 2018-2019 by assessees who are required to file the same by September 30, 2018, Foundation of Tax and Accounting Professionals today withdrew its petition filed before Delhi High Court.
