Gujarat High Court expresses reservations over granting relief to Teesta Setalvad in mass grave digging case

In what could spell trouble for activist Teesta Setalvad, the Gujarat High Court on Monday orally observed that it was "prima facie" not inclined to quash a First Information Report (FIR) lodged against her in 2006 in relation to the Pandarwada mass grave digging case [Teesta Atul Setalvad vs State of Gujarat].
