Kerala government to suspend officers for non-compliance with court orders

The State found that the Government Pleaders, Section Officers and Assistants were responsible for the rising contempt cases and it was decided to hold them accountable for failure to comply with/appeal court orders.

Taking note of the rise in the number of contempt cases against the government for non-compliance with court orders, the Kerala government has decided that it will suspend the officers responsible for the same.
