Kerala High Court dismisses anticipatory bail plea by former Government Pleader accused of rape

The Court dismissed a pre-arrest bail plea by PG Manu, a Senior Government Pleader who resigned after he was accused of rape. The Court added that the accused could approach the magistrate for bail if he surrenders.
