Lawyers can’t use prefixes like Lt. Colonel, MP in court documents: Madras High Court

The Madras High Court on Tuesday said that lawyers cannot be permitted to use prefixes such as Lieutenant Colonel, Member of Parliament etc., before their names in the Vakalatnama, causelist and other court documents.
