Michel's counsel submitted that he has spent 2.8 years in custody while the rest of the accused got bail.

The Delhi High Court on Monday issued notice to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) on the bail plea of British national and alleged middleman Christian Michel in the cases filed in connection with the AgustaWestland chopper deal (Christian Michel James vs CBI) (Christian Michel James vs ED).
