Approach NHRC first: Delhi HC in petition seeking direction to enquire about physical and mental condition of Nirbhaya convicts

The Delhi High Court today disposed of a petition seeking a direction to National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to enquire about the physical and mental condition of the four death row convicts in the Nirbhaya case.
