Block websites infringing Aaj Tak trademark: Delhi High Court to Google, Facebook

The suit was filed by the owners of the Aaj Tak trademark who were aggrieved by the fact that the defendants were using their mark as a part of their websites.

The Delhi High Court on Monday directed Google and Facebook to suspend the domain names and web platforms of a number of websites for infringing the “Aaj Tak” trademark (Living Media India Limited v. http://www.news-aajtak.co.in).
