Bombay HC asks State to respond on when the Senior Citizens Tribunal will restart functioning

The Bombay High Court Bench of Justices Nitin Jamdar and MN Jadhav has directed the State Government to appraise it of when the Tribunal established under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 is expected to recommence functioning, virtually or through physical sittings.
