Can't turn blind eye to attempt of neighbouring nation to destabilize India: Karnataka High Court on Chinese mobile loan apps

The Court noted that such apps offer loans and demand repayment at a rate as high as 16-20 times the EMI, and threaten borrowers that they would leak the contents of their smartphones.
