Consider elevation of judges to Supreme Court from unrepresented States: Bar Council of India to CJI UU Lalit

The letter stated that certain bigger States have a vast population, but have remained unrepresented in the Supreme Court for the last several months.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) has written to the Chief Justice of India (CJI) UU Lalit requesting him to consider the elevation of the judges from those High Courts and States that are unrepresented in the Supreme Court.
