The Kerala High Court today issued a press release outlining certain precautionary measures to be taken in the wake of the Coronavirus outbreak..As per the press release, a total ban has been imposed on the entry of public as well as litigants into the Court complex. Entry would be permitted only to those who have been summoned by the High Court. .It has further been notified that the staff of the High Court and the Advocate General's Office, as well as clerks, would only be permitted on showing their official Identity Cards..The Court has decided to take up frequent sanitation of the common areas in the premises and has decided to employ thermal screening for everyone entering the Court complex..Mediation and Adalat proceedings have also been suspended till further orders.
