[COVID19] Delhi High Court directs Centre, Delhi govt to consider as representation PIL for compensation for death due to oxygen shortage

The Delhi High Court on Friday directed Central and Delhi governments to consider as representation, a public interest litigation seeking compensation for the families of those who died on account of the oxygen shortage while being treated for COVID-19 (Shekhar Nanvaty vs UOI).
