Delhi Bar resolution against Rajiv Khosla conviction: BCI writes to Delhi Bar Council to ensure strike is withdrawn
The All District Court Bar Associations of Delhi had passed a resolution to abstain from work protesting against the judgment that convicted former DHCBA President Rajiv Khosla of assaulting a woman lawyer in 1994.
After the Coordination Committee of All Delhi District Court Bar Associations of Delhi resolved to abstain from work for a day in protest against conviction of former Bar President Rajiv Khosla in a 1994 assault case, the Bar Council of India (BCI) has now written to the State Bar Council of Delhi directing it to ensure that the resolution is “immediately” withdrawn.
