Delhi HC refuses to entertain plea seeking FIR against Priyanka Gandhi, Milind Deora, Rana Kapoor for alleged cheating and fraud
The Petitioner alleged that Priyanka Gandhi sold a painting of late Rajiv Gandhi, which was made by late MF Hussain, for a sum of Rs 2 crore to Rana Kapoor.
The Delhi High Court today refused to entertain a petition seeking an FIR against Congress leaders, Priyanka Gandhi and Milind Deora, as well as former Yes Bank CEO Rana Kapoor, for alleged cheating and fraud in connection with the sale of a painting. (Akhil Bhartiya Shanti Pratishthan vs CBI & Ors)
