Delhi High Court bids adieu to Justice GS Sistani, strength down to 34 judges

The Delhi High Court today bid farewell to Justice GS Sistani who is set to retire as the second-in-command on March 10.

After Justice Sistani's retirement and considering the transfer of Justice Subramonium Prasad as an Additional Judge, the Delhi High Court will function with a strength of 34 judges.

Presently, the sanctioned strength of Judges of the High Court of Delhi is 45 permanent Judges and 15 Additional Judges.
