The Delhi High Court is hearing matters concerning the COVID-19 situation in the National Capital Territory. Everybody who wants to donate, is donating for oxygen plants : Mehra.2 PSA plants are operational, 2 more will be operational by 30th and for 4, installation is pending, Court is informed..Mehra reads certain documents/communication pertaining to PSA oxygen plants..Court says it was told that there was a huge stock of oxygen..Centre is filing an affidavit before Surpreme Court.
