Delhi High Court directs Delhi Police cyber cell to probe website involved in infringement of 'Livspace' trademark

The Delhi High Court has directed Cyber Crime unit of the Delhi Police to conduct a detailed investigation into ownership of a website named ‘Livspace-reviews’ after interior designing company ‘Livspace’ filed a suit for trademark infringement and permanent injunction [Livspace Pte Ltd & Anr v Livspace-Reviews.com & Ors].
