Delhi High Court directs UP Police to hand over post mortem video, x-ray of protesting farmer who died during tractor rally to Delhi Police
Delhi Police said that it had no objections with handing over a copy of post mortem video and inquest report to the grandfather of the deceased farmer.
The Delhi High Court on Thursday directed the Uttar Pradesh Police to provide the original X-Ray plate and post mortem video of the 25-year old protesting farmer who allegedly died due to gun-shot injury on January 26 during the tractor rally to the Delhi Police investigating officer (Hardeep Singh vs State).
