Delhi High Court grants anticipatory bail to person facing investigation under CGST Act for tax fraud of Rs 45 crore

The Delhi High Court recently granted anticipatory bail to a person facing an investigation under the Central Goods & Service Tax Act, 2017 for allegedly creating fake firms and claiming fraudulent tax benefit of Rs. 45 crore (Lupita Saluja v. DGGI).
