The Delhi High Court is hearing the plea filed by L&L's Senior Partner Mohit Saraf against Founding Partner Rajiv Luthra.

The matter is being heard by a Single Judge Bench of Justice V Kameswar Rao.

Whereas the High Court had initially suggested that the parties refer their dispute to mediation, the matter reached back before the Court after mediation talks failed to make any headway.

Senior Advocate Neeraj Kishan Kaul is making submissions today on behalf of Luthra. Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi has also made arguments on behalf of Rajiv Luthra.

Earlier, Senior Advocate Parag Tripathi argued for Mohit Saraf.
