Delhi High Court refuses to stay single judge order allowing INC leader Bhavya Bishnoi to travel to Harvard University for PG studies

The Court was hearing an appeal by the Deputy Director of Income Tax, challenging the single judge order which allowed Bishnoi, accused under the Black Money Act 2015, to go for postgraduate studies at Harvard.
