Delhi High Court grants interim injunction in favour of energy supplements company Aeronutrix Sports Products

The Delhi High Court recently granted an interim injunction in favour of energy drinks and supplements company, Aeronutrix Sports Products Private Limited after it filed a suit for trademark infringement alleging that another firm named Plumax Ebusiness Solutions Private Limited was using marks similar to its sub-brands for selling similar category products.
