Delhi High Court lays down factors for medical board to consider when giving opinion on medical termination of pregnancy

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday said that in cases of termination of pregnancy, the opinion of the medical board is of considerable importance to assist the court and, therefore, such an opinion has to be comprehensive in nature and not sketchy or fragmented [Mrx X v GNCTD & Anr].
