"We will start attaching properties": Delhi High Court directs NDMC to disclose assets over non-payment of salaries, pensions

Opining that lack of funds cannot be the ground for payment of salaries and pensions to employees, the Delhi High Court on Monday directed North Municipal Corporation to file an affidavit disclosing the particulars of all its properties, moveable and immovable and bank accounts along with the amount held in them.
