Delhi High Court issues notice in plea by 14 advocates for financial assistance on account COVID19 disruptions

The Delhi High Court on Wednesday issued notice in a petition seeking interest-free loan of Rs 5 lakh for Advocates enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi in order to extend financial assistance to them during the COVID19 pandemic. (Ritesh Tanwar & ors vs GNCTD)
