Delhi High Court permits service of notice and summons through WhatsApp, email, fax amid rising COVID-19 cases
As per the circular issued by the High Court, physical mode of service has been dispensed with for now, except where there is a specific order to this effect by the Court.
Considering the surge in COVID-19 cases in the national capital, the Delhi High Court has permitted service of notice/summons/daks through email, fax or WhatsApp.
