Delhi High Court restrains former Hockey coach Sjoerd Marijne, HarperCollins from publishing confidential information about players

The High Court said that Marijne has signed a confidentiality clause with Hockey India which is being breached as he seeks to make confidential information about players public.

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday passed an interim order restraining former Indian national women's hockey coach Sjoerd Marijne and HarperCollins Publishers India from publishing confidential information about hockey players in Marijne's book [Hockey India v HarperCollins Publishers India Pvt Ltd & Anr].
